Subscription & Lead Access Policy

This Subscription and Lead Access Policy ("Policy") governs the subscription plans offered by Poultry Exchange India ("PEI") and the lead-unlock benefits associated with those plans. By subscribing to any PEI plan, you agree to the terms set out in this Policy and PEI's Terms and Conditions.

PEI currently offers the following subscription tiers: • FREE — ₹0 (1 buyer lead per month) • BASIC — ₹999 per month or ₹8,000 per year (10 buyer leads per month) • ADVANCE — ₹2,500 per month or ₹20,000 per year (40 buyer leads per month) • SUPER ADVANCE — ₹5,000 per month or ₹40,000 per year (90 buyer leads per month) Pricing, plan names, and features are subject to change with prior notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of subscription.

Seller listings on PEI are free under the current marketplace model, subject to platform rules. A subscription is not required to create or publish a seller listing. Subscriptions primarily provide buyer lead-unlock benefits.

Each subscription plan provides a monthly buyer lead quota as described in Section 2. Lead access allows eligible buyers to unlock seller contact details for specific listings, subject to the platform's applicable access rules. Unused leads do not roll over to the following month. Annual plan subscribers receive a monthly lead quota; unused monthly leads are forfeited at the end of each calendar month.

If a buyer's monthly lead quota is exhausted, eligible buyers may purchase an individual lead for ₹299 per listing, subject to the platform's applicable rules and availability. Individual lead purchases are non-refundable once the lead has been accessed.

A subscription does not guarantee buyers, sales, revenue, profit, or successful transactions. PEI provides lead-unlock access only. All trade terms — including price, quantity, quality, transport, and payment — are agreed directly between buyers and sellers. PEI is a marketplace facilitator and is not a party to any transaction.

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided for unused days in the current period. Annual subscriptions may be cancelled as per the terms agreed at the time of subscription. Refund eligibility for annual plans will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws. PEI reserves the right to update this cancellation and refund policy with prior notice.

Subscribers may upgrade or downgrade their plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. Lead quotas are adjusted accordingly.

PEI reserves the right to modify subscription plan features, lead quotas, and pricing at any time with reasonable prior notice to subscribers. Continued use of a subscription after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India. This page is a draft and requires review against PEI's actual platform policies and applicable Indian law before it is treated as legally binding.
